Q. What does 'Awaiting Fulfillment' mean?

A. This means that we have received your order, but it hasn't been shipped yet. We have the order and it is being processed. Rest Assure, You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

We normally ship all orders the same day if they are placed before 4pm Eastern Standard Time between Monday through Saturdays. If an order is placed after 4 PM, it will be shipped out the following business day.


Q. What does Verification Required mean?

A. Verification Required simply means that we are in the process of reviewing your order. This status usually first triggers for our international customers or when customers place orders where the shipping and billing addresses differ from one another.

 

Someone from our team will quickly review your order and if everything is okay, your order will then be processed accordingly. 

 

Q. I placed an order with Nutriverse, now, where is it?

A. Please look for the tracking number that we sent you when your order was shipped. Use this tracking number to find out where your order is, and when it is expected to arrive. If there seems to be a problem with some or all of the information, please contact us by sending an email at support@nutri-verse.com. Someone from our dedicated staff team will be more than happy in assisting you.

 

Q. How long will it typically take for me to receive my order? 

A. Every location is different and international shipping has different policies, however, we generally see first class orders received within 3-5 days, and Priority within 2-3 days. Please refer to the international shipping page for more information concering your order.

 

Q. I can't put a certain product in my shopping cart, why?

A. If a product is out of stock we do not allow you to purchase it as you will not receive it until its back in stock. Please send us an email to inquire about when that certain product(s) may be back in stock.
