You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items that have been opened are not eligible for return. All orders cancelled prior to shipment are eligible for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All other items must be returned at customer expense unopened and undamaged for a credit to be issued. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for approval at 1800-688-7407 during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
Store credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.
Refunds will only be issued to the card used. Credit will not be issued for opened or damaged merchandise. Any and all shipping cost are non refundable.
Any items lost or damaged during return shipping process are non refundable.
When shipping return item(s) the package must have delivery confirmation or we cannot guarantee that your items will be credited. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any items returned to us by the carrier because customer was not or available to receive the package or an incorrect shipping address may be subject to additional shipping costs depending on cost to reship.

Orders in which delivery has been refused will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
We have 7 different warehouses strategically placed around the United States to fulfill our customers orders at expedited rates.
These warehouses carry all the sports nutrition necessities including but not limited to: Proteins, Creatines, Pre-Workouts, Post-Workouts, Vitamins, etc.
All prohormones are currently shipping from our NJ Warehouse for better quality control and inventory/stocking purposes.
We do our best to ship all orders out the same business day if placed before 4pm est. Most orders are shipped USPS which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Larger packages are shipped UPS which can take 1-7 days for delivery depending on location.
Note to all international shoppers, the "Nutriverse Super Saver" method of shipping is for domestic based USA customers only. Please do not checkout with this option, as it will require us to hold your order until you pay the appropriate amount and cost for shipping/handling your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please refer to our international tab for information on shipping to international destinations and our policy.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
On domestic orders, if an item is lost or damaged in transit we will reship at no additional cost. If an item is lost in transit it is not eligible for a refund, but it is eligible for a reshipment.
Once an item is scanned delivered in the US or military destination it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a free reshipment.
Packages not delivered within 14 business days in the Domestic United States are eligible reshipment. Please contact us at 1-800-688-7407. At that time we will open an investigation, which typically takes 2-5 business days. If the order is confirmed lost at that point, we will reship the order at no added cost.
